DDR Grows Team and Upgrades Sales Systems with REPatron for Continued Success

Phoenix, AZ (March 24, 2019) - DDR Sales, an established independent sales agency representing leading brands in the Outdoor and Cycling industries, today announced an expansion in their team and an upgrade in their online retailer support systems. Established in 1993, DDR Sales consists of Doug Ritter, Nancy Ritter and the new addition of David Craw. DDR Sales is a proud partner of Tsunami sales for several of their lines in the AZ, SO NV and NM territories.

David Craw joins DDR Sales with a solid background in outside sales having worked for a handful of companies (i.e. Cannondale, Sugoi, Airwalk, Dragon and Volcom). David is an avid outdoor enthusiast enjoying cycling (both road and MTB), snowboarding, surfing, fly fishing, camping, and scuba diving in his spare time. David joins industry sales veteran Doug Ritter and business & office manager Nancy Ritter.

In addition to growing the sales team, DDR Sales has partnered with REPatron to upgrade their internal sales/support systems to better support the traveling sales reps. Since 2011, REPatron has supported DDR Sales with technology and digital sales/marketing support. Retailer communications are coordinated using a recently upgraded Retailer Relationship Management System (RRM). With centralized communications, integrated email marketing, issue tracking, appointment assignment and trade show appointment scheduling, the new system scales for the increased focus and growth. The new trade show scheduler allows a retailer to schedule our appointments 24/7 around their schedule without wasting back and forth schedule conflicts.
